How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — In-app (fastest)

  1. Sign in to Wildstone Card Holders
  2. Open the menu and go to Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion — your data is removed immediately

Option 2 — Contact your administrator

If you no longer have access to the app, contact your company administrator or the IT department responsible for this application and request account deletion. Provide your full name and work email address.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:

  • Your profile (name, email address, identity information)
  • Any receipt images and files you uploaded that are not attached to a transaction
  • Your app preferences and settings

What Is Retained

Some data must be retained after account deletion for legal and regulatory compliance:

  • Corporate transaction and expense records — retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations. Your identity in these records is anonymised.
  • Audit log entries — retained indefinitely for compliance purposes. Your identity in these entries is anonymised.
  • Receipt files attached to transactions — retained for the life of the transaction record (minimum 7 years), then deleted.
